Same beer as brew 1, except this time hopefully no mistakes. Have not done pH correction. That will probably start on the next brew.
Below is a chart of the fermentation SG. A task for future is to build the “fermentation profile” and plaster that here somewhere. This brew also saw the PID control on the glycol temperature get commissioned. Bring on summer!
