Taste

A little yeasty/home brew flavour. Very light in colour, but colour wasn’t a target of this brew.

General

Did not do PH. Did not boil furiously which showed in the gravity. Fermentation only took 4 days which made me think it was stuck. Internet said to shake fermenter. That was a bad idea. Kegged soon after taking an SG reading.
